She wanted to be an athlete in soccer at a young age however, in 2002, the ankle was injured during her senior high school year. The Pleasant Hill area of California was where she earned her bachelors degree in fine arts and was able to continue as a striking athlete at Diablo Valley College. In the aftermath of receiving Junior College All-American Honors, she was enrolled at Arizona State University. There the self-doubt of her caused her to not playing soccer. After this she transferred to California State University Fullerton and completed her Bachelor of Arts in business management and a minor in human resources. Following her studies, she relocating to Los Angeles in order to pursue modeling and acting work. While looking for a new job and came across a casting notice for W.W.E. After proving herself to talent scouts she was granted a 4-week trial period. She then moved to Orlando Florida, where the Performance Center was located.
